These terms apply to every buylist submission sent to Pikka Card.
The payout shown in the calculator is an estimate based on the quantities you enter and our published buy rates at the time you submit. Your final payout is calculated after we receive and count your cards.
The buy rates recorded on your submission are locked at the moment you submit. If we later change our published rates, your submission is still honored at the rates recorded on it.
We count all received cards. If our count differs from your declared quantity, the final payout is calculated from our count using the rates locked on your submission. We will contact you before finalizing any significant adjustment.
Cards must meet the condition and sorting requirements listed on each category. Cards that do not qualify may be re-categorized at the applicable rate or returned at your expense.
Unless a prepaid label is issued by us, shipping cost and risk of loss in transit are your responsibility. We recommend a tracked and insured service.
Approved payouts are issued after counting is complete. Payout method options are shown at the time payment is arranged.
You may cancel a submission before shipping by contacting us with your submission number.
